We believe in a 3-step approach to achieving your health and fitness goals.

First, we'll have a chat to find out more about you and what you'd like to get out of our sessions.


This is your chance to tell me all about your goals – so I can start thinking about the best ways to help you achieve them.

Step 2


Now I know more about you, I can create your exercise plan.

Everybody is different, so your plan will be made with you and your goals in mind. 

Step 3


Easy to follow step by step I'll show you how to perform specific exercises correctly.

I encourage you to ask me as many questions as you like, so you feel 100% comfortable with your new plan.

Not happy with something? We can tweak your plan as much as you like.
