How to motivate your parents to stay fit

Can’t get your parents to exercise? Here are 3 ways to encourage them to be active.

1. Support and friends.

Suggest them to message their friends and get social support & accountability.

2. Enthusiasm not boredom

Make sure they aren’t bored and give them some fun suggestions.

3. Are you doing your bit

Practice what you preach and train with them and if they live far, productive workouts can be accomplished over Zoom or FaceTime.

P.s. Here I’m doing my bit with my mother currently on zoom because of restrictions in London.
