  3. He walks every day about 2 - 3 miles before his mobility exercises

  4. He does daily exercises like core twists, hip raises, and variation of push-ups.

  5. He does strength training 3 days a week for about 30 minutes

  6. Feeling better about life and body and even sharpens the mind
