Do you appreciate enough what older generation can teach us?

Just off the phone to my wise friend, who is 87 years old, SuperJea‪n. We had a chat about how to stay resilient throughout this crisis.

In this short blog post I want to highlight the relevance of our older generation and lessons that they can teach us, especially during these tough times.

In the past, surviving into old age was uncommon, and those who did survive, served a special purpose as guardians of tradition, knowledge and history.

Obviously now we have Google!

Today society looks at ageing as a declining condition and many of our older population feel undervalued and their awesome wisdom is ignored.

Let’s not ignore our older/wiser friends!
